The decision to integrate Fluidpay was driven in part by the needs of a Phoenix customer serving the convenience store market. Certain product categories within that industry were restricted under the default P21 processor configuration with Worldpay, limiting the customer’s ability to process transactions online. To ensure uninterrupted commerce and full catalog availability, Triactive implemented Fluidpay as an alternative gateway solution.
By adding Fluidpay, Phoenix merchants now have access to a payment processor that supports broader product categories while maintaining secure, compliant transaction handling.
