Invoice Visibility Directly from Prophet 21

Logged-in customers can view all invoices generated in Prophet 21 (P21) directly from the My Account section of the Phoenix website. This gives customers clear visibility into what has been billed, what has been paid, and what is still owed.

Each invoice reflects real P21 data and is not limited to transactions created through the website. Invoices entered through customer service or other internal workflows in P21 are also included.

Invoice Details and Order Linking

When viewing an invoice, customers can see detailed financial information including:

• Total invoice amount
• Amount paid to date
• Outstanding balance

When applicable, invoices are linked back to their original orders, allowing customers to easily trace an invoice to the order that generated it.

Phoenix also displays invoice credits, giving customers full transparency into adjustments, returns, or account credits that impact their balance.

Credits and Open Invoice Balances

Phoenix separates financial activity into clear, easy-to-understand sections:

• A list of open invoices with outstanding balances
• A list of available credits on the customer’s account

This makes it easy for customers to understand their current accounts receivable position at a glance.

Flexible A/R Payment Options

Phoenix provides multiple ways for customers to make payments against their invoices.

Customers can apply available credits to invoices to create a $0 payment transaction, clearing balances without requiring a credit card payment.

For invoices with balances due, customers can securely pay online using a credit card. Phoenix integrates directly with:

• Worldpay for credit card A/R payments
• EPX for credit card A/R payments

ACH Payment Integration Options

In addition to credit cards, Phoenix supports integration with multiple ACH payment methods. This allows customers to pay invoices directly from their bank accounts, offering a lower-cost and preferred payment option for many B2B customers.

ACH options can be configured based on your preferred payment provider and internal accounting workflows.
