Triactive’s first office was a windowless 300-square-foot space inside the Burlington County College business incubator. It was a true “build from the ground up” chapter — small footprint, big output, and a clear focus on delivering real-time Prophet 21-connected commerce that distributors could rely on.
In 2016, the incubator program shut down, and the team was forced to relocate. Triactive moved into a modest second-floor office in a C-class strip mall — not because it was ideal, but because it kept the business stable, focused, and moving forward. Through that period, Triactive expanded its customer base, deepened its Prophet 21 expertise, and continued building Phoenix into a mature platform.
In January 2025, Triactive took the next step — moving into a Class A office environment that reflects what the business has grown into today. For the team, the most recent move was more than an operational change; it was a tangible reminder of progress, discipline, and the trust customers have placed in Triactive over the years.
This new space also represents a forward-looking commitment.
