New Jersey — 2026 — Triactive Media has partnered with City Floor Supply to expand accounts receivable (AR) payment options within Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) by enabling ACH payments through GoCardless.
Epicor Prophet 21 supports AR payments through its integration with Worldpay. While this provides a reliable credit card processing option, it is limited to card-only transactions. For distributors processing high invoice volumes and larger order totals, credit card fees can represent a significant and ongoing cost burden.
Recognizing this limitation, City Floor Supply sought a more cost-effective alternative for customer invoice payments. Working in collaboration with Triactive Media, the team implemented an ACH-based AR payment solution powered by GoCardless, directly integrated with their Phoenix customer portal and P21 environment.
The new ACH integration allows customers to securely pay open invoices via bank transfer while maintaining proper ERP synchronization and reconciliation workflows inside Prophet 21. Payments are recorded against customer accounts, reducing manual posting and preserving financial accuracy.
